Main Message:
Many women carry emotional pain like a badge of survival. But what happens when that pain becomes a prison in your mind? Holding on to trauma, guilt, shame, or anger can quietly drain your energy and steal your joy. There is a cost to holding on to the pain and trauma that you have experienced. So, releasing it is essential.
This month, we will move into the next phase of the healing journey: Release - made up of two essential parts:
1. Cleanse Your Mind
2. Blaming is NOT an Option
This stage of the healing process is about releasing by cleansing your mind. Let me be perfectly clear, it is NOT about forgetting what happened to you, it is about letting go of what no longer serves you. It is acknowledging that you deserve freedom. When we release the emotional baggage, we have carried for too long, we create room for peace, love, and clarity to enter our lives.
Reflection:
What emotions or memories have you been holding onto that weigh you down? Are you ready to release them?
Call to Action:
Write a letter to yourself or to the pain you have been holding. You do not have to send it. Just let it out on the page, and when you are ready—burn it, shred it, or release it in your own symbolic way.
